Documents Required

Requirement of documents vary from country to country. Documents requirements also depend on whether the embassy of manpower importing has a diplomatic mission in Nepal or not. Basically, we demand two types of documents before making a final deal for sending workers overseas. We follow the in-detail government provisions to avoid unnecessary hassles to the workers.

Principle Documents

  6. Guarantee Letter
  7. CR Copy (Company Registration Copy)
  8. Visa Approval Slip

A) Documents for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (If the visa endorsement is required it will apply for all country)

A.1. Demand Letter: Demand letter should be addressed to Sky Overseas Services P. Ltd., Licence no 123/055/56. The letter should have details of the number of workers, nature of job with required category, salary, duty hours, food and accommodation facilities, overtime, transport, insurance of workers, Residence permit and other benefits. Demand Letter should be signed by authorized person, bear company seal, and attested from Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

A.2. Power of Attorney: Power of Attorney is a legal confirmation, on behalf of employer, for selection of manpower.  This authorizes Sky Overseas Services P. Ltd. Licence no 123/055/56 for sending workers legally. Power of Attorney should be signed by authorized person, bear Company seal and attested from Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

A.3. Consular Letter: The employing company has to write a letter according to visa approval slip to the consular office authorizing the Sky Overseas Services P. Ltd for visa endorsement and other legal processes. Consular Letter should be signed by authorized person, bear company seal and attested from Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

A.4. Employment Contract: The employing company provide the employee employment agreement as per demand letter. The employment contract should be signed by authorized person and bear company seal.

A.5. Service Agreement: Employing Company should provide us service agreement between company and recruitment agency in Nepal .The service agreement should be signed by authorized person and bear company seal.

A.6. Guarantee Letter: The employing company should not transfer any workers to another country without approval of competent Nepal Government authorities. The Guarantee Letter should be signed by authorized person and bear company seal.
    As there is no Saudi diplomatic mission in Kathmandu, Nepal, the employing company has to write letter to nearby consular office or embassy for visa endorsement of the workers.

  • In case of Block visa issued for Dhaka, Bangladesh, the company should prepare all above principle documents authorize to Sky Overseas Services P. Ltd. Licence no. 123/ 055/56, which is recognized Nepalese agent by the embassy of the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
  • In case of Block visa issued for nearest embassies – Delhi and Mumbai India, the employing company should prepare following documents in the name of Sky Overseas Services P. Ltd.
  1. Demand Letter
  2. Power of Attorney
  3. Employment Contract
  4. Service Agreement between company and our company
  5. Guarantee Letter

But following documents should be in the name of the associate office recommended by Sky Overseas Services P. Ltd.

  1. Demand Letter
  2. Consular Letter
  3. CR Copy (Company Registration Copy)
  4. Visa Approval Slip

Above Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Consular Letter signed by authorized person, Company Seal and attested from Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs

A.7. Visa Slip (Bank Deposit Slip): The original visa slip is required in case of Block Visa. However, the photocopies of Block Visa are acceptable in case of multiple Block visa.

A.8.  Company Registration (C. R.) /one photocopy only.

B) Other Countries

  1. Demand letter as mentioned in A 1 above.
  2. Power of Attorney as mentioned in A 2 above.
  3. Employment Contract as mentioned A 4 above
  4. Service Agreement as mentioned in A 5 above.
  5. Guarantee Letter as mentioned in A 6 above.

Note: The documents mentioned above 1 to 5 should be signed by company authorized person and bear company seal. The documents 1 and 2 must be duly sealed and attested by Chamber of Commerce and Nepalese Embassy from the respective country.
